“To be fit and fab.”

I heard a lot of people have this as their Christmas wish. No worries about that because I’m going to share a song I got from TG Mag, entitled 12 days of Christmas Fitness, which includes activities that will somehow help you to be totally fit and fab. Come on. Let’s be healthy and happy during the holidays.

 

On the first day of Christmas, my body said to me: Eat veggies to be healthy.
