How To Wear Camouflage

How to wear camouflage

Who says that camouflage prints are only for military? For their information, it is worn by everyone now, either men or women. Actually, it fits better on women than it does on men. Oh, please don’t be offended, boys, because it also look good to you. It merely depends on how you style it. And that is the problem of most fashionistas – to style a camouflage. A list of guidelines should be followed before you go out and showcase your camouflage outfit. Of course, you don’t want to look like you’ll fight and hunt into the woods. Check out how I rock this well-loved essential.

Camo Pants

1. pants

Camo pants look great when paired with plain sleeveless tops. But you have to makes sure that you keep your shape, or else, your outfit will get too masculine and we don’t want that. It’s your choice to keep it simple that way. However, I prefer wearing a pair of wedges.

Camo Sleeveless

2. sleeveless tops

Not a fan of your typical khaki camouflage print? Well, camouflage can be colorful, too, like what I have here. Take a pink, blue or a combination of pink and blue to break the soldier look in you. Adding a little color helps soften the look and makes it feel a little more fun.

Camo Shorts

3. shorts

Showing a little skin when you are wearing camouflage will help so you won’t look like you’re wearing army fatigues. Camo shorts is perfect for working a more sophisticated take on this trend. Aside from that, shorts and other feminine pieces will give an unexpected flash of camo.

Camo Leggings

4. leggings

Instead of baggy camouflage pants, try a fitted pair. Try camo leggings and team it with black, white, or other neutral tops, shoes, bag and accessories. I suggest that you also try adding leather jacket like what I did. This combination of clothings will look cool on women.

Camo Jumpsuit

5. jumpsuit

If you’re opt to a girly yet military-inspired look, a camo jumpsuit can work across all angles. We are not advised to wear camouflage from head to toe, but if we really want to have it as jumpsuit, all we have to do is to decrease its boyish look by wearing girl’s accessories.
