The biggest among the biggest battle of the century is here! Should I add Pacquiao and Mayweather in the list of world’s greatest rivalries I posted on Versus vs Versus? Well, yeah, because they are the most prominent figures of The Fight of the Century. Many people across the globe are placing their bets. Is it the eight-division world champion, Manny Pacquiao or the undefeated, five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr?

If you would ask me about this boxers, my vote is for my fellow Filipino, Manny Pacquiao. We’ve seen how he was able to reach his success at this point in time, from his first local fight with Edmund Enting Ignacio to his first loss against Rustico Torrecampo, from his first foreign opponent, Ippo Gala, to his last Filipino opponent, Reynante Jamili, from the time he won the vacant WBC International Super Bantamweight title to the time he won The Ring Featherweight title, on his fight with Morales, Barrera, Marquez, Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Bradley, Rios, Algieri, and now, tomorrow, Mayweather.

Honestly, I don’t want to watch their fight because I’m afraid of the outcome and on what may possibly happen in every round. Until now, I wasn’t sure on who is going to take home the belt. It’s not that I don’t believe on the ability and power of Pacman. What I don’t believe is the fairness of the game. However, I thing is clear. Aside from prayer, I can offer him my support by visiting ABS-CBN’s One for Pacman.

One Pose, One Punch

One Click, One Punch

one click, one punch

I’m actually aiming for 1000 clicks, but I accidentally clicked for an excess, which resulted to 1001 punches. Yay! As of this time, the time after I threw punches for Manny, the total number of punches is 85, 177, 843 and counting. Pacman is so fortunate to have supporters as big as this.

Isang Laban, Isang Bayan

I first heard “Isang Laban, Isang Bayan” on Showtime and it caught my attention. I searched for it on Youtube and I had goosebumps when I heard it for the second time. I’m glad that they chose Yeng Constantino because the song fits her voice and for Quest, I can really feel his power and emotions that show his endless support to the song.

Aside from One Pose, One Punch and One Click, One Punch, One for Pacman also has One Tweet, One Punch and One Text, One Punch wherein you can send your messages to the People’s Champ. Thanks to ABS-CBN for having this wonderful idea. For sure, this will be a big help for Manny Pacquiao because this will serve as his inspiration on the upcoming Battle for Greatness. We, Pinoys, wish you luck and blessings, Pacman!
