How I Make Spinach Goat Cheese Dip

This is the next episode of my little cheese recipe series made possible by the generous cheese haul my mom brought home from her trip to the Netherlands. She came back with all sorts of amazing cheeses from young and aged Gouda, soft-ripened ones like Brie or Camembert, smoked cheeses, spreads to a lovely goat cheese coated in lavender. Since goat cheese tends to have a shorter shelf life compared to the rest, I’ve been focusing on using it first.
Knowing I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen, my mom actually sent me a TikTok video of a Spinach Cheese Dip and said, “Try making this!” So of course, I took the challenge and gave it a goat cheese twist. Our Spinach Goat Cheese Dip is creamy and perfect with crackers, nacho chips or toasted bread.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- 8 ounce goat cheese
- 10 ounce spinach
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- parsley

2. Steam or saute spinach until wilted.

3. Wring out excess water from the spinach.

4. Prepapre the bell pepper by mincing.

5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

6. Spread this on a pan evenly.

7. Top with more cheese and parsley.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

9. Your Spinach Goat Cheese Dip is now done and ready to be served.
