We made a bulk last time so merely using it as a dip is kinda boring. In our country, avocado is rarely used in savory dishes so you might think that this hummus and avocado combination is weird. But I promise that this results to a satisfying sandwich, not to mention how nutritious yet filling this snack is.

2. Halve the avocados, remove from the skin and discard the stone.

3. Lay the flat side down on a chopping board and cut thin slices lengthways down the avocado. Press gently on the top of the avocado and fan the slices out.

6. Lay a fanned out avocado on the lettuce and top with Prosciutto slices.

7. Drizzle with lemon and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
