My mom bought me a big tub of Skippy and at the same time, when we went to Baguio, we brought home one of the city’s delicacies, which is the strawberry jam. So every morning, you will see me spreading peanut butter on one side of my sandwich and strawberry jam on the other side. The combination of these two flavors is undeniably delish. PB&J won’t be the most popular sandwich in America for nothing. But let’s admit it. Eating the same thing and having a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich repeatedly can be boring. So without ditching these yummy sandwich spreads, let’s upgrade our PB&Js into a whole new level. Toasted PB&J Blondies, anyone?
