Each bread costs more than a hundred peso so they better be mind-blowing. I know that partly, we’re paying for the place but the price should still be more reasonable than that. One thing I love about Andersen’s Bakery is the vast selection it offers. Being here is every pastry lovers dream because everywhere you turn, there is a variety of bread to choose from. One time, I can’t just order one so I tried three. I like the crunch the strudel’s almond and puffy layers give. The Apple Turnover didn’t disappoint me with its sweet and irresistible apples fillings. The cinnamon in the Danish sticks went well with the buttery and flaky dough.

The White Chocolate and Walnut Cookie has big chunks of chocolate so I truly enjoyed it. It’s like the blondie version of cookies. As expected, the walnuts added texture. Therefore, I was really disheartened when I had Vanilla Cold Brew in Andersen’s Bakery. This couldn’t show satisfactory notes except for pure sourness. Vanilla isn’t even evident in its taste.
