How I Make Cheese Foam Cold Brew

I had a leftover cold brew from last time’s Vietnamese Cold Brew and I didn’t want that to put to waste. As much as possible, we’re gonna utilize all the leftovers here in our house.

But when it comes to cold brew, that isn’t a problem because my husband and I are coffee addicts. Coffee is like water to us.

It just so happened that I was making a cream cheese foam for my milk tea shop, Breen Milk Tea, so I thought of topping this on my cold brew as well. Hence, I thought of sharing how to make Cheese Foam Cold Brew.

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • 4 tbsp Robusta Beans
  • 250 grams Cream Cheese
  • 500ml All Purpose Cream
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice
  • Salt

2. Brew coffee in a French press. Use 4 tbsp of grounds for every cup of water.

3. Steep coffee in refrigerator for 24 hours.

4 Let’s make the cheese foam by whipping softened cream cheese, all purpose cream and salt until foamy. Set aside or chill in fridge.

5. Push down the filter of French press, pour in a clean container and strain the remnants.

6. Prepare the cold brew by adding ice.

7. Pour cheese foam on top of coffee.

8. Your Cheese Foam Cold Brew is now done and ready to be served.
