How I Make Pepperoni Pizza Omelette

We seriously can’t get enough of pizza recipes so after having Pepperoni Pizza Nachos last week, we’ll now be having Pepperoni Pizza Omelette. Well, the main reason is actually the excess ingredients from last time but we can’t deny that we want another one today!

I chose to have Pepperoni Pizza Omelette today because it is considered as the low-carb version of pizza. Instead of having bread as crust, some people uses scrambled egg for the bottom part. It’s actually a great idea! Amazingly, it tastes as incredible as the traditional ones although it doesn’t have the same crunch. It helps our diet, too.

The recipe is very simple. I don’t know why I have to discuss the steps but here it is, anyway.

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • 3 eggs
  • pepperoni
  • mozzarella cheese
  • cheese sauce
  • tomato sauce
  • ground beef
  • white onion
  • tomato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

2. Cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Slice tomato and white onion.

4. Scramble eggs.

5. Heat olive oil in a pan. Pour scrambled eggs.

6. Top with sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, grated mozzarella, ground beef, pepperoni and tomato sauce. Put everything! Season with salt and pepper.

7. Remove from heat and drizzle with cheese sauce.

8. Your Pepperoni Pizza Omelette is now done and ready to be served.
