How To Make Cocoa Puff Mocha

One of the chef that inspires and lifts the culinary side of me is Christina Tosi, the founder and head chef of Momofuku Milk Bar. Her bakery became a huge hit in America when she offered her discoveries such as the compost cookie, the crack pie and the cereal milk. I tried making cereal milk using cornflakes but my imagination didn’t stopped there. And the cereal milk didn’t stopped being a cereal milk. If Christina Tosi’s cereal milk can be transformed into cereal milk soft serve or cereal milk panna cotta, mine turned into a mocha. And here you are reading my recipe for Cocoa Puff Mocha.

As we all know, Cocoa Puffs is a brand of chocolate-flavored puffed grain breakfast cereal manufactured by General Mills. Basically, Cocoa Puffs are Kix cereal with chocolate flavoring. But since we want the chocolate flavor for our mocha, we are going to use Cocoa Puffs. But you are free to use whatever chocolate-flavored cereal you want. Coco Pops, Cocoa Pebbles, Chocolate Cheerios, Koko Krunch can be a great alternative.
