It’s the 331st day of quarantine period in our region and I think, it’s my 5th pepperoni pizza dish this pandemic, having Pepperoni Pizza Dip, Pepperoni Pizza Toast, Pepperoni Pizza Mug Cake and Grilled Cheese Pepperoni Pizza Sandwich already in my recipe list. Do you ever wonder why? When I planned to make the pizza dip, thoughtlessly, I bought a pack of pepperoni, that is for culinury and restaurant use. And yep! Up until now, I have lots of pepperonis in our freezer.

It’s a good thing that my family is loving my pepperoni dishes. Here’s my latest – the Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels!

• 28 pepperonis
• 20 grams mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup pizza sauce
• basil flakes

2. Season pizza sauce with basil flakes.

3. Get a tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on it.

4. Shower with shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Assemble the pepperonis.

6. Roll tortilla wraps.

7. Bake this at 200 degree Celsius for 12 minutes.

8. Do you see that crisps? Let it sit to chill. Cut each wraps into two.

9. Your Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels are now done and ready to be served.
