If you could remember, last time, I made Tuna Pinwheel Bites using Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Before, we used this product to make Macaroni Salad, Caesar Salad and Monte Cristo Sandwich. I was inspired in recreating more Lady’s Choice Recipe so here I am, presenting another one. Let’s admit it. It’s quite boring to use it repetitively as a sandwich spread. Thankfully, the Lady’s Choice page provide us more ways to utilize their product. And I must say that Lady’s Choice makes food high quality and extra special.

This time, we are going to make Lady’s Choice Salted Egg Dip. We all know that the salted egg flavor is the newest trend when it comes to flavors. Because of that, I am interested to know how it tastes like when it is homemade.

3. Add a quarter cup of evaporated milk. Mix them well.

4. Combine this mixture and half cup of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Stir until it reaches your desired consistency.

7. Here’s a little tweak that is not in the original recipe. Cut the salted egg whites into chunks.

8. Fold them into the dip. I got this idea from the egg salad sandwich spread recipe and I just thought that it will also work with salted eggs.

9. And I was right! The taste of salted egg becomes richer and the chunks make everything fun. Place the dip in a container.

10. Your Lady’s Choice Salted Egg Dip is now done and ready to be served.
