How To Make Cathedral Window Jelly

Cathedral Window Jelly, Broken Glass Window Jelly, Stained Glass Jelly, Christmas Jelly – no matter what or how you call it, there’s no denying that this dessert is not just delicious, but it’s also attractive. The colorful translucent jelly dices complement well with the white creamy jelly, resembling the stained glass window of a cathedral. It is also called Christmas Jelly because the jelly dices uses the colors of Christmas. But even if it’s not a holiday season, we can still enjoy the beauty and lusciousness of Cathedral Window Jelly.

I’m happy and proud that this gelatin is a Filipino dessert. This shows that our fellows can also be creative when it comes to this kind of dishes.
