How To Make Del Monte Pineapple Grape Smoothie

Honestly, I don’t know how I will start this post because my aim is just simple. I just want to share what I’m drinking today and I want to recreate a Del Monte recipe from Del Monte Kitchenomics. Maybe, I’ll just tell the health benefits of the two main ingredients of today’s smoothie – pineapple and grapes.

According to Organic Facts, pineapple boosts immunity, improves bone and eye health, aids in digestion and accelerates weight loss. It is also anti-inflammatory in nature and helps in curing coughs and colds and accelerating weight loss. On the other hand, Healthline says that when you bite into a grape, you het a dose of nutrients and antioxidants that may help you stay well. Grapes are low in calories and virtually fat-free. This fruit contains polyphenols which may help fight cancer, diabetes, lung diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, osteoporosis and heart diseases.

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • 1 liter Del Monte Pineapple Juice Drink
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • grapes

2. We’re not going to water ice cubes for this because we’re going to use juice itself instead. Fill ice cube molder with Del Monte Pineapple Juice Drink.

3. Freeze this overnight.

4. Pour the remaining Del Monte Pineapple Juice Drink into the blender.

5. Add grapes.

6. Blend.

7. Sweeten the smoothie with honey.

8. Get the ice tray and throw ice into the blender.

9. Pour smoothie into your favorite cup. This is not sponsored but I’m using cup from Macao Imperial Milk Tea because I like using reusable cups for my drinks.

10. Your Del Monte Pineapple Grape Smoothie is now done and ready to be served.
