How To Make PB&J Cheesecake

During the first months of Breen Milk Tea, we were offering small jars of cheesecake from a certain supplier. The flavors were blueberry, Oreo and Kitkat. I’m so obsessed with them and I felt like those small jars are not enough for my hungry tummy. So I made my own. This time, it’s bigger. I upgraded the small jar into a big transparent bowl and made a giant PB&J Cheesecake. I’ve never been so excited!

 

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 227 grams cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • strawberry jam

 

2. Melt the butter.

 

3. Mix graham crumbs and melted butter to make the crust.

 

4. Spread the graham crust at the bottom of a pan or container. Set aside.

 

5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar.

 

6. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract.

 

7. Whip the mixture with whipping cream.

 

8. Pour the peanut butter cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crust. Layer it your way.

 

9. Top the cheesecake with strawberry jam.

 

10. Stick a fork on the sides to make a dripping effect.

 

11. Your PB&J Cheesecake is now done and ready to be served.
