How To Make Pulled Pork Nachos

It’s the 51st day of quarantine period in our region and for our latest news, I’m happy to announce that we are now under General Community Quarantine, which means that we are guided by less strict protocols. But still, all we can do is make our own food or have our food delivered. I’m thankful that Dine at Log, Nanay Goya, Oinky’s and Jollibee offers luscious meals that we can enjoy at home. Honestly, my quarantine life revolves around these restaurants. But sometimes, if we weren’t lazy, we find ourselves in the kitchen cooking our snacks or dinner.

Last time, I found the time to make Pulled Pork Nachos.

8. Let’s start assembling. Place tortilla chips at the bottom. Arrange pulled pork, tomatoes and onions on the top.

9. Drizzle cheese sauce over this madness. Grate more cheese on top.
