How To Make Nutella Cake Bars

A long time ago, in a faraway land, oh just kidding! It was just last year at our residence when I was trying to make a soufflé out of Nutella. Soufflé is a French egg-based dessert and is prepared by letting the egg whites lift or provide puffiness to the dish. However, my first try was a failure. My first ever soufflé didn’t rise at all! So it ended up being a flat Nutella cake bar. It’s a good thing that I was able to do it on my second try so you better watch out for the next recipes that I’ll be posting. In the meantime, let’s have a look at this failed Soufflé because I realized that I just accidentally made my own version of Nutella cake bars. Upon testing it, I didn’t expect to love it immediately. It was rich, chocolaty and moist. You have to try making one. Here’s the recipe.
