How I Make Nacho Salad
In a restaurant menu, salad section would probably be given the least attention. Take me as an example. I would to a restaurant because I want the best dish so I would choose carbs and not vegetables. But if there is nachos in that certain salad, I think, I’ll give it a go. Nacho chips will surely make a salad less boring. It’s like eating a deconstructed taco.
If you can’t wait for the cheat day, you can definitely make a nacho salad at home.
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
- Nacho Chips
- Ground Beef
- Lettuce
- Cabbage
- Celery
- Tomatoes
- Salsa
- Cheese
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
- Oil
2. Cook the ground beef in an oiled pan.
3. Season with cumin, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper and basil.
4. Chop the greens and tomatoes.
5. Combine the vegetables and meat and place in a salad bowl.
6. Pour the salsa and grate cheese over it.
7. Top with nacho chips.
8. Mix together and your Nacho Salad is ready to be served.
