Northern Blossom Flower Farm’s Cabbage Roses And More!

Aside from Baguio, La Trinidad and Tuba, there’s another town in Benguet that has an emerging tourism and it is specially known for its high peaks and flower farms. Of course, you’ve heard about Northern Blossom Flower Farm, Sakura Park at Haight’s Place. Atok is the home of these trending farms in social media today.

Since it is near to our favorite holistay destination in Northern Luzon, the Camp John Hay, we decided to pass by the narrow roads in the mountains with many steep cliffs to visit Northern Blossom Flower Farm. We thought that Baguio is already high. But wait until you drive your way to Atok, which is unbelievably 2500 feet higher in approximate. Gosh! The way up is a thrilling one. We traversed the ups and downs only to find out that they are closed during Mondays for spray purposes and farm maintenance. It was Monday when we visited. We thought that everything’s going to waste but thank goodness, they let us in!

We didn’t meet any tour guide inside maybe because it’s nearly closing time when we entered. After all, Monday is not a work day for them. But we were welcomed by this cute playful dog. She guided us as if she really know the place well. She was the highlight of my day. I love that the animals seemed happy in this place because obviously they have a vast yard to run freely and lush ambiance to live.

Northern Blossom Flower Farm became an instant hit to Filipinos because this is the place where we can witness flowers that can hardly be found in other parts of the country. In other words, it is an experience and an opportunity to be remembered. Let’s meet the flowers, shall we?
