Guests get a chance to interact and feed birds in Zoori’s Aviary. The Chattering Lory we have here seemed to be quiet as he was just observing the surroundings. But I still find him charming in his vibrant red feathers. Who wouldn’t?

Speaking of birds, you can also take a photo with these trained ones. I don’t know what bird this is but I love her already for being friendly. And yes! That one at the back is an owl, the most behaved among the three. The other one bit me.

I’m glad to meet some friends of our national bird in the Eagle’s Ridge. However, their cages are too high so I only got to see eagles staying on low trees. But I completely understand that. Besides, I was amused by this noisy eagle here, which I find cute.

Zoori isn’t just about fauna as the zoo also makes way for flora. After all, we want an environment that is close to the animals’ habitat. They also let winter vegetables and cactus grow in their yard. What is the purpose of Tagaytay if they won’t plant them?

I’ve seen two restaurants inside so it won’t be a problem once you get hungry. I was actually surprised when I saw Samgyupsalamat upon entry. If only we didn’t had our lunch before arriving, we would definitely grab that Korean Barbecue experience.

Zoori actually stands for Zoo at Residence Inn. Therefore, this zoo also serves as a hotel for those who want to join the animals overnight. We didn’t checked in so I wasn’t able to see the interior of their rooms. But I must say that they have great facade.

For extra adventure, Zoori offers zip line, cable car and superman rides, which you can enjoy alone or with friends. Sadly, the zoo’s photographer wasn’t present during my visit. That’s why I only have one photo, which was taken before I leave the tower.

One of the best reward when you ventured Zoori is the scenery of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake. Since the place is located in Tagaytay, you get to enjoy the view, the animals and the rides while feeling the cold and relaxing breeze of the city.

Of course, we can’t leave the zoo without buying remembrance or giving souvenirs for our friends. There’s this store called Zoovenir Shop inside but there are also a line of pasalubong stores outside just beside the parking lot.

We absolutely had the time of our lives in Zoori. As I always say, an adventure here is a dream come true for me and for every animal lovers as we get a chance to see farm animals, wild animals and other rare creatures. I will definitely try to visit their other zoos next time.
