Sizzling Paluto: Your Kitchen With Your Favorite Cuisine

It’s one of my busiest week today and I’m so happy I was able to publish a blog this Sunday. I just want to apologize in advance for the messy thoughts I will be saying in this blog post.

Anyway, when we think of restaurants in Pinamalayan, we always tackle about Dine at Log and Nanay Goya’s Garden. But there’s this underrated restaurant that stood along the streets of Juan Luna in our town. Sizzling Paluto Bar and Restaurant may be silent on social media but it’s one of the main options of the locals whenever they want a budget-friendly  bar and restaurant. You will be surprised with the number of customers that visits this place. This resto is great location for events, meetings and family or barkada bonding.

BUY Soma FROM A USA PHARMACY WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION ~ LOW PRICE Soma WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION Seafood Omelette

It’s my first time to encounter an omelette with seafood as its fillings. Seafood and omelette are two of my favorites so I gave it a try. Basically, it’s like a stir-fried seafood wrapped in scrambled egg. The idea is simple yet unique and amazing. The scrambled egg base was thin but it’s full of flavors. I noticed the seafood was more on squid and had a little amount of shrimps and oysters. Usually, an omelette is eaten on its own but I think this one is better with rice.

Soma fast delivery no doctors Sweet and Sour Pork

There’s no denying that their Sweet and Sour Pork is luscious. It’s just peppery and I hate too much black peppers on my food. The meat is not too soft yet not too hard. They are in big cuts. And yay! There are no bones to interupt. It’s a good dish with or without rice. The flavors of the sweet and sour sauce got the right blend for my taste buds because it has a favorable balance of sweetness and tanginess.

My mom always mention that the best Crispy Pata in Pinamalayan is in Sizzling Paluto because according to her, it’s perfectly crispy and tender. Finally, I got the chance to try it. She was not wrong with her descriptions. It’s flavorful and gives me a homey feels because it’s natural. However, there were a lot of fats attached to the skin. But I can’t eat it without feeling disgusted and dizzy. I’m sorry, mom, but for me, the best Crispy Pata in my province is in Ten 2 One.

order Soma WITHOUT SCRIPT Mojo Potatoes

You won’t believe this. Their Mojo Potatoes has the same price as Pansit. I don’t know if the Mojo Potatoes is just expensive or the pansit is cheap. But I think there’s something wrong with their pricing. Anyway, the potatoes are floury, if there is such a word. But these thin wavy cuts were delish and were cooked beautifully. Perhaps, the only problem would be the taste because the flavor of the breading was dominating.

Let’s now talk about the two seafood appetizers – Nilasing na Hipon and Calamares. The drunken shrimps were bigger than the usual. Some shrimps are overcooked while the others weren’t that crispy. Moreover, it seems that these shellfishes didn’t absorbed the liquor marinade well. On the other hand, the Calamares has a thick breading for a thin squid rings. Both dishes are great with the accompanying vinegar.

Beef Ramen

This one is the least pricey Ramen I’ve ever bought. It’s only 180 pesos but it’s already good for two to three persons. However, the cheap price doesn’t affect its taste. The noodle they used seems high quality. The beef tastes like Pares. It’s flavorful and tender. I’m just bothered with the broth because it tastes like the soup of a cup noodle. Since we’re talking about beef soup, I’m surprised with their Bulalo for having the same taste and texture even after a long day.

Pancit Bihon

When I reviewed my notes about Sizzling Paluto’s Pancit Bihon, the words “hindi tinipid” and “maraming sahog” were redundant because it’s true. You can’t have a forkful of pancit without meat or vegetables or chicken liver. I guess the ratio of noodles to toppings were almost the same. And it was made extra special because of the pork rinds. It’s not saucy but it’s full of flavor. Just like in Crispy Pata, this Pancit Bihon reminds of the taste of home.

Spaghetti

It was my co-worker’s birthday and she received a tray of spaghetti from anonymous. But whoever he is, I’m thankful because he gave us a chance to taste Sizzling Paluto’s Spaghetti. For a person who is into Italian pasta like me, it’s too sweet. But I know most Filipinos would love it because they have sweet palate. It also has meaty and savory flavor despite of not being saucy. The thin slices of toasted hotdogs were great addition to the spaghetti.
