White Rock Beach Club: Hidden Paradise Of South Bali

Buy Soma without prescription on sale If I would have to choose which tourist spot in Bali I enjoyed the most, that would definitely be White Rock Beach Club in Melasti Beach.

But for me, discovering new places and activities only comes second on my list of reasons why I go on vacations. The first will always be rest and relaxation. And I must say that I got the ultimate relaxation during our day in White Rock Beach Club.

We were also lucky to visit Melasti Beach when White Rock Beach Club was having a free entrance to all guests as their opening offer. Basically, we can enjoy this place for free!

We just have to spend a minimum of IDR 1,200,000-worth of food at their al fresco restaurant to be allowed to enter the pool area. It’s a good thing we were seven in the group so we could easily hit the amount. After all, the restaurant has chill ambiance, nice modern interior and hospitable service so staying here alone was already worthwhile.

And oh! Did I mention that the food and drinks were incredible, too? We are already aware that the Balineses cook delicious Nasi Goreng. But what we had here is on another level. We opted for a lamb satay and it was pure lusciousness. We didn’t feel that it’s a game meat at all. We also had an English meal and I’m happy that they used fresh and natural Cream Dory with beer-mixed batter for the Fish and Chips.

Our stomachs were full. It’s time to go to the infinity pool! I guess we’ll never ran out of beds and sofas in the pool front because there’s plenty of them. Look how premium they are! It’s the perfect spot for sun bathing. Plus, I didn’t know that maroon goes well with the blue color of the beach until I saw the cabanas of White Rock Beach Club by the pool. They look simple yet neat and elegant in photos.

When I stepped into the pool, I feel luxurious! This is where I ultimately appreciate White Rock Beach Club. From here, I have the panoramic view of every part of the beach club, the pool and the Melasti Beach. I wish I had more eyes to see everything at once. The temperature of the pool’s water was cooperating as well. It’s not too cold and not too hot. It’s just in a relaxing mode.

There’s also a bar by the pool with stools fixed underwater. In this way, we can drink and lounge in the pool at the same time. While the boys raised their Bintang beers, I tried a mocktail called Mint Mojito. The bright flavors of fresh lime juice are lightly sweetened. The addition of mint made the drink more refreshing. It’s the best choice for a beautiful moment like this.

The euphoria extends up to the shower room. There are shower heaters! The room is clean and air-conditioned, not to mention that it’s well-designed with modern style. Each cubicle is spacious and is equipped with shampoos, bath gels and conditioners. The management made sure that guests will still feel comfortable while cleaning up.

White Rock Beach Club’s facilities include VIP rooms and party suites, located at the upper floors of the building. I thought they were rooms for overnight stays. I realized that it’s the difference between Philippines’ beach clubs and Indonesian beach clubs. In our country, beach clubs are also regarded as hotels. The beach clubs here are suitable for day tour only.

The original plan was to stay only at the Melasti Beach, to swim under the turquoise water and surf with the waves. However, the low tide didn’t allow us to even get our surfing boards. But with that kind of hue, I bet it’s fun to swim in the sea. I didn’t had the chance to know though because we headed straight to White Rock Beach Club when we learned that surfing wasn’t applicable during that time.

Apart from White Rock Beach Club, there’s an array of other beach clubs along the shores of Melasti Beach. The admission fee ranges from IDR 100,000 to IDR 200,000 per person so again, we’re fortunate to find the beach club that has a free entrance promo. It was just sad to discover that they have to ruin the nature and slab the mountain to build these structures.

If you’re not a beach club person, there are small stalls lined up in one part of Melasti Beach. There are clothing shops where you can find beach essentials. There are warungs or canteens where you can order less expensive meals. There are souvenir shops if you wish to present Balinese products to your friends at home.
