Travel OOTDs From Shein

Here’s a short fact about me. Behind my Instagram feeds, I’m not really a fashionista. On ordinary days, I just wear comfortable clothes that are easily available in my closet. I’m impatient in preparing stuff in the morning because it feels like it’s a waste of time. Sometimes, my top and bottom are mismatched but I don’t mind how I look. I still keep and wear pieces that are now out-of-style because I always say that as long as they are still wearable, I’ll still wear them. I rarely shop for clothes.

It’s completely different when I travel though. When I go to beautiful tourist spots, it’s the time when I enjoy dressing up. It’s the time when I feel the need to look good in order to feel good. I always make sure that my outfit would fit the environment. For me, new destination calls for a new set of clothes.

On top of my list of favorite places to shop for dresses is Shein. It’s convenient to shop online since the only me-time I have is at midnight, when most malls are already closed. I chose Shein because they have a wide selection and plenty of varieties to choose from. The pieces they offer are always on trend, too. Moreover, Shein didn’t disappoint me when it comes to size and quality.

My first ever Shein item is this printed romper that I wore at Central Park Reef in Subic. With its halter straps, hip length and soft fabric, it was a nice and crisp resort’s wear. Moreover, the pattern blended with the design of the hotel. I’m planning on buying more rompers in Shein because of this.

Plain Lace-up One Piece Swimsuit

It is a yearly tradition of mine to buy new swimsuit every summer for our beach getaway. Before Shein, I find it hard to choose the best swimsuit for me as I am quite conservative. But I’m glad that Shein made it easy now. In fact, for our trip to Aureo La Union, I have to choose from a huge selection but I ended up having this white lace-up one piece swimsuit.

Tropical Print Zipper Front One Piece Swimsuit

If swimsuits aren’t your thing, you can still feel sexy with Shein’s variety of rash guards. I plan to wear this one-piece rash guard in an island with cliffs because it feels like this would be good to wear in a hiking and swimming spot. Islas de Gigantes was actually on my mind when I bought this.

This tri-color drawstring jacket caught my eye as I browse the Shein app. I didn’t think twice on buying it. Hence, I also looked for the perfect cropt top and high-waist denim pants that will go with the jacket. This was my OOTD when we visited Martessem Mountain Resort.

For dresses, I preferred a cloth that is just casual-looking and not too fancy. Specifically, I looked for a tee dress and this striped one is what I got. I felt chic when I wore this in Temple of Leah in Cebu City.

We went to Bali last 2022 and I needed a maxi dress with slits for my Bali swing experience at Uma Pakel. This Shein floral cami dress is definitely made for this moment. I love how the dress flowed as I swayed in the giant swing.

I’m adding a photo of my husband in his suit during our prenup shoot in Farm Hills Garden because this is indeed a great find from Shein. When it comes to formal attire, especially for a special day, I’m having second thoughts on ordering online because a suit has to fit flawlessly.
